Natalie is a certified Kids Yoga Instructor and 200-hour RYT. In addition, she received a 10-hour training in tween yoga. During her time in NYC, Natalie taught with Yogi Beans, leading classes for ages 16 months-13 years, currently she is teaching yoga for dancers at La Crosse Dance Centre. In her teaching, she explores fun and engaging approaches to Pranayama, Asana, and Yoga Philosophy. She has delivered lessons in schools, studios, corporate venues, apartment complexes, and for at-home privates.
